Omega-3: life’s®OMEGA algae oil, triglyceride form
Omega-3 is a family of essential fatty acids. The ones that matter are EPA and DHA, and those the body cannot produce in any meaningful amount itself.
Fish oil contains EPA and DHA, but fish do not produce the two fatty acids themselves, they take them up from algae. So we go straight to the source and use life’s®OMEGA, a premium branded algae oil. It comes as a triglyceride, the way fat occurs in food, and not as an ethyl ester, which only appears when fish oil is concentrated.
