Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver within the EU as well as to Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship your order on the same day if it is placed by 12:30 p.m. on weekdays. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the following working day.
Delivery then normally takes 1–2 working days with DHL from Germany.
What is the minimum order value for free shipping?
Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €69. Below this amount, shipping costs start at €4.99.
For deliveries within the EU and to Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein, shipping costs and possible exemption limits are clearly displayed and calculated at checkout.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation with tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team directly. We will find a quick and easy solution.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Please note: Opened or unsealed products are excluded from return for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
Why can't opened products be returned?
Our products are subject to high quality and hygiene standards.
Once a seal has been broken, we can no longer guarantee that a product is unchanged and flawless. For this reason, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with us using credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders very quickly. Changes or cancellations are therefore only possible as long as your order has not yet been prepared for shipping. If you would like to make a change, please contact our support team as soon as possible – we will check what is still possible.
What happens if my package does not arrive?
If, contrary to expectations, your order does not arrive, please contact our support team.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will automatically receive your invoice by email after completing your order. You can also log in to your customer account to view your orders and invoices at any time.

How do I take Fifty Five products?
You can always find the recommended dosage directly on the respective product page. Most of our products are designed for daily use and can be easily integrated into your everyday routine.
Can I take several products at the same time?
Basically, yes. Our current Essentials range in particular is formulated so that the products can be taken together.
However, as needs and products vary, we recommend that you follow the instructions on the respective product page – especially for new or specialized products.
Do I have to combine (stack) products?
No. Each of our products works on its own.
Stacking can be a way to combine different products in a targeted manner, but it is not a must. Which combinations make sense depends on your individual needs and the product in question.
Are all products intended for long-term use?
Many of our products are designed for long-term use. Other products can be used for specific purposes or for a limited period of time.
We clearly state on each product page whether a product is intended for permanent or situational use.
What ingredients do you use?
We always use selected, high-quality raw materials and clear recipes. All ingredients and their dosages are always clearly listed on the respective product page.
Are there any ingredients that should not be combined?
Our products are developed to be used sensibly. However, depending on individual circumstances or certain active ingredients, it may be advisable to follow the instructions for use or to take products at different times.
If you are unsure, we recommend checking the information on the product page or seeking medical advice in advance.
Why not go for an all-in-one product?
We don't believe in packing as many active ingredients as possible into a product. Instead, we develop targeted formulations that can be combined in a meaningful way and are tailored to actual everyday needs.
Are your products vegan / gluten-free / lactose-free?
You can find the respective properties clearly listed on the product page. There, we provide all relevant information in a clear and concise manner.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Germany under strict quality and safety standards.
Are your products well tolerated?
Our products are formulated to be well tolerated and suitable for everyday use. As with all dietary supplements, individual tolerance may vary.
Can I take the products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, we generally recommend consulting a doctor before taking this product.
