1. Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop 55.life or associated domains.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
(3) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
(4) Further information regarding our legal notice (Impressum) and data protection can be found on the corresponding pages in our shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button (or the respective final order button), the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation constitutes our acceptance and is sent without delay after receipt of the order.
(4) Before submitting the order, the entered data can be changed or corrected at any time. After completing the order, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (see § 7).
(5) The contractual language is German.
(6) These GTC and the order confirmation can be saved. You may download the GTC at any time before concluding the contract.
4. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices include the applicable statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
(3) Payment is made via the payment methods specified in the online shop, including:
- Shopify Payments (credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- PayPal
(4) When paying by credit card, your card will be charged upon completion of the order.
(5) The purchase price becomes due immediately upon acceptance of the order.
5. Delivery
(1) We deliver within Germany, to EU countries, and to additional selected countries displayed at checkout.
(2) Delivery times are indicated during the order process. These indications are non-binding standard delivery times.
(3) If individual items are unavailable, we will inform the customer without delay.
(4) If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address data provided by the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable additional costs for reshipment or return of the goods.
(5) Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer only upon handover of the goods to the customer or a designated recipient.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
(1) General Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by clicking the withdrawal button on our website, a letter sent by post or e-mail):

You may use the withdrawal form provided, but it is not mandatory. Sending the notification before expiry of the withdrawal period is sufficient for compliance.
(2) Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received the notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Return of Goods:
You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
(3) Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires in the following cases:
(3.1) Sealed Food Supplements
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed food supplements that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal was removed after delivery (§ 312g (2) no. 3 BGB).
Important: Our food supplements are delivered in sealed packaging (e.g., sealed bags, safety-sealed capsule jars). If you open or damage the seal, your right of withdrawal expires.
If the seal is intact, your withdrawal right remains valid.
(3.2) Used or Damaged Goods
If returned goods show signs of use, wear, or damage (beyond normal transport- or storage-related marks), we may claim reasonable compensation for loss of value pursuant to § 357a (1) BGB.
(3.3) Further Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods that have been mixed with other items and cannot be separated
- goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs
(4) Sample Withdrawal Form
A sample withdrawal form is enclosed at the end of these GTC. Use is optional.
8. Product Information & Food Supplement Notices
(1) Our products are food supplements. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
(2) The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
(3) Food supplements must be stored out of reach of small children.
(4) Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
(5) Product images and colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting. The information on the product packaging is decisive.
(6) Legally required product information (ingredients, nutritional information, best-before date, origin, etc.) can be found on the product page and on the product packaging.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights (§§ 434 et seq. BGB) apply.
An additional guarantee is only provided if expressly stated.
10. Liability
(1) We are always liable without limitation for damages arising from:
- injury to life, body, or health
- intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty
- guarantees, where agreed
- breaches of the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG)
- breaches of mandatory labelling or declaration requirements for food supplements
- fraudulent concealment of defects
(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
(3) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
11. Customer Accounts
(1) Customers may optionally create a customer account.
(2) The customer is responsible for keeping login data confidential.
(3) We reserve the right to block customer accounts in cases of misuse.
12. Vouchers & Discount Promotions
(1) Vouchers may only be redeemed under the conditions specified.
(2) Cash payment is excluded.
(3) Discount promotions are time-limited and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in our shop.
14. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in such proceedings (§ 36 VSBG).

15. Final Provisions
(1) German law applies to all agreements, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
(3) Amendments and supplements must be made in text form.
(4) If the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relations between the customer and us is Hamburg. Mandatory statutory provisions regarding the place of jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.
