"I wanted to do everything right. For the planet, the animals, and myself. The fact that I lost sight of myself a little in the process only became clear to me when tiredness became my constant companion."

Clara is 27, lives in Berlin, and is what you would call a "conscious consumer." She has eaten a fully plant-based diet for eight years. What started as an experiment quickly became a conviction. The euphoria and the blind spot
